Carter teacher named Tennessee Elementary Art Educator of the Year (Knoxville News Sentinel)

Jackie Spaulding-Wright is one of the unique individuals who has figured out how to do just that. Jackie, art teacher at Carter Elementary school, recently won the 2009 Tennessee Elementary Art Educator of the Year award.
