Jerry McNeil was sculpting clay vases when he heard a thump about 9 a.m. Tuesday. A 3-foot chunk of limestone had fallen off the facade at the top of the four-story Murray Building, located at Walnut and Water streets, said Brian Murray, whose family owns the building.
