iPod Video Battery - replacement for 30GB 480mAh + Tools Kit
This iPod battery replaces the battery that came with your iPod photo. If yours has stopped holding charge, this battery will give your iPod a new lease of life! If they’re used regularly, it’s not unusual for iPod batteries to wear out after 18 months or so. This battery actually has a higher capacity than the original iPod batteries, so you’ll be able to use the iPod for much longer without having to recharge.

Imation Disc Stakka - CD/DVD Management Tool

November 10th, 2007

Imation Disc Stakka - CD/DVD Management Tool
Never waste valuable time searching for discs or files again. The Stakka is an automated carousel which stores, protects and retrieves 12cm optical discs including data CD’s, DVD’s, music and game discs.

Customer Review: Can go wrong just when you urgently need a disc
I bought a second one of these unfortuantely because I too was initially impressed with my first one. Howver, soon after buying the second one, I started having to open both of them to retrieve discs that the device couldn’t find - they lose track of where the discs are. Worse still discs regularly get stuck inside and can’t get them through the gate to eject. This is commented on now by many owners.

Opening up the device is a pain and once you open it you have to take all the discs out and put them back, one by one, which takes ages. The fact that I have two machines which don’t work, indicates that its not just one defective unit.

Finally, obviously don’t put any boot up driver discs in it for your computer because if your computer won’t start, you can’t access the discs!

To summarise starts off well but will let you down badly just when you need that important disc quickly! Anyone want to buy mine?

Customer Review: Good product if a little fragile
As storage devices these are excellent, though as others have pointed out they can be a little fragile, of the 5 I have one has been replaced and one is heading that way, as others have pointed out if it could connect via the PC to the www and pick up the details of the disc this would be a massive plus though I guess somewhat expensive.

I must add that I have found the support team very helpful when I have had the need to contact them.

Sport.Tool R300 (Running)
Customer Review: Neat but Flawed
POSITIVE: looks stylish, light and comfortable to wear, logical sequence through the various functions and pleasingly free of techno-clutter - only the functions you might actually want are there and no more. NEGATIVE: display can be awkward to read, buttons can be awkward to operate when worn, Navman do not reply to queries; all minor problems. The major problem is the loss of GPS contact when around buildings, under bridges or trees and even near high fences; loss of signal results in wrong readings. Superbly accurate in open country but unreliable in towns and cities.
Customer Review: Navman R300
An accurate, easy-to-use speedo and odometer for sportsmen and women? You bet. I had to have one of these as soon as I heard about them: For all distances from 100m sprints to marathon training. It’s light enough not to annoy on the run (sits on a well designed arm band), is easy to set up, waterproof and remarkably accurate to 1/100th of a mile (or 1/100km if you’re that way inclined) Downside? Doesn’t like tunnels, dense cloud cover, lots of trees (though it still seems to work out speeds/distances ok at the end of the run) and will not work indoors. Also the screen is a bit on the small side, especially when you’ve got sweat in your eyes and HR is up to 95%. I used it to measure my car’s speed by hanging it out of the window…..and how fast my Dad “drives” his narrowboat (we found he frequently breaks the 4mph speed limit!!!) Buy one and you won’t regret it. It makes training that much more fun, and if you’re also using an HRM the possibilities for pace prediction in a race are endless. GO RUN!

Customer Review: Absolutely useless
Like other reviewers, I have been very disappointed. Another major criticism, you cant put in many garden/house features - a conservatory, pergola, greenhouse, shed; utility area. You cant have a walled garden. In fact you cant do much!
Customer Review: Very Disappointing
I think I've given this my best shot but it doesn't come up to the mark. Clumsy to use overall. Picking plants takes ages because of the interface; and almost all of the plants I wanted - which are common in the UK - don't appear in the plant selection which is US based. The final crunch was the problem it creates with user accounts. The software won't run in a limited user account but that doesn't stop windows installer trying it's best and slowing everything down to a crawl while it attempts the installation process. I'm told it's a problem with the software and would need a re-write to get round. Not my best purchase.
