Customer Review: Deeply Divinely Delicious for those who dare to look!
Too many signposts? Can’t make up your mind as to which is the right direction to take in life, or is there a distinct lack of direction, either way this is the book for you. Hold out your hand and let Poimandres lead you down your chosen path. The Oracle is based on 360 Sabian symbols, one for each degree of the Zodiac as channelled by Elsie Wheeler and Dr Marc Edmund Jones in 1925, from what Marc believed was an ancient occult brotherhood which existed in Mesopotamia (Sumeria), lead by Hermes Trismegistus who is attributed to be the founder of Astrology. Easy to use, with no understanding of Astrology required, each symbol is simply laid out with an interpretation of the most questioned areas of our lives i.e. Love/Relating/Social Money/Work/Creativity Karma/Attitude/Health as well as a general interpretation. Using dice or playing cards you tune into your question/life dilemma and Poimandres/Hermes will give you his interpretation of where you are, should be, and possibly will be through the appropriate Sabian symbol. This book works in many dimensions for those who have been on their path for many years or who are at the start of their journey and suddenly wish to take a new direction. So I asked my question, threw the dice, then laid back and watched listened and felt as Poimandres mirage shimmered through my psyche via the dice to select the most appropriate Sabian symbol. Each time I have undertaken this process the answers have been powerfully influential, allowing me to maintain a balanced view whilst navigating through each dilemma. A must for all those who are questioning their role in life, Poimandres is holding out his hand to you, so run along and play, this is not the time to be shy, but your time to shine.

Customer Review: Useful Reference
Don’t expect to buy this book and be able to produce professional quality repairs! It is a useful reference to give you an idea on how to approach jobs, but a perfect finish is usually only going to come from a specialist body repairer.
Customer Review: Valuable guide of ‘to how to do it best’ a positive purchase
This book is very clear and explains in a user friendly way how to repair the bodywork of a car. It is a useful manual for the novice and expert alike for reference and reassurance purposes. I found this a great guide to look at when you’re thinking “am i doing this right?”. It is also more in depth than the standard Haynes books, so the information is thorough and accurate. I would definitely recommend this book ….’better to be safe than sorry’

Customer Review: A Dummies Guide from Cisco with Linksys Plugs
I don’t know enough about home networking to know how well this book applies outside the U.S., but it certainly describes the U.S. environment accurately. Not that many years ago, many people felt they needed either a technician or a 12-year-old to install and set-up a PC. Many homes now are starting to have more than one PC. Yet broadband connections and high quality printers are expensive if you buy one for each PC. How can those costs be reduced? Add a home network. Before you faint with anxiety, look at this very simple book. It will guide you through the few technical questions you need to address and give you complete and simple directions you can easily follow (but feel free to recruit a 12-year-old to help you). Before you are done reading, you will also realize that you may also benefit from being able to put noisy printers in quiet places, eliminate cables, and do lots of neat applications (like visually monitor your children’s rooms and front door) with your network. If you are like me, you’ve heard that wireless networks can easily be hacked into. This book tells you how to address those very real security problems. As I stand on the brink of our first home network, I am clutching this book in both hands . . . and am ready to launch myself into familial shared cyberspace saying, “I think I can do it. I think I can do it. I think I can do it.” And I know you can! The only annoying quality about this book comes from the many plugs for Linksys products. But that’s better than not having photographs and examples, so I bore with it. This book is not only simple; you can read it very quickly. It could have been greatly improved though by concentrating the material throughout around whether you want a wired or wireless network after providing an initial chapter that helped you choose one or the other. Now, you have to slog through every page to find all the information you need for one or the other. Perhaps in a future edition, this book will be updated to deal with that problem.
