Featuring the best soundtrack in this series of meditation tools, this journey develops from clouds and the tops of trees, to a deeper forest, to denser foliage, accompanied by intriguing sounds of birds. But whether it’s likely to enhance one’s meditation is debateable.

Unfortunately there isn’t enough to make this so compelling that you wouldn’t stop the video to answer the telephone, get up to make a cup of tea, or go and load the washing machine. If your intention is to learn how to relax this could be beneficial as it will inspire you to go for a walk to the park to be with some real trees instead of staring at them on a TV screen for 45 minutes.
