Customer Review: tommy walsh bathroom diy
This is a good basic guide (and not American), but not comprehensive to fitting a bathroom, Far too many pages on what bathrooms look like (brochures are free), what tools look like and pictures of Tommy. It covers most subjects but from only one ideal aspect, any complications in your project would leave you with questions, experts invariably leave out the obviouse. And talking of experts this guide tells you to leave the tricky stuff like electrics to the experts! Whether you feel up to it or not that”s not a DIY guide. The world is not perfect and Its a shame you have to learn about tricky fittings and options in the shop and not in the book.

Customer Review: Inspiring and so easy it makes you feel like a cheat!
I love this book; I have been crafting for about 2 years now and was ready to take the challenge of sewing and knitting a bit further. This book is not only easy to follow but it also gives you confidence to have a go at things you might not. A very good starting point for a bigger and better ideas all of your own.
Customer Review: A great place to start if you’re not expecting miracles
At first I was disappointed by the quality of clothes I could make (most of the designs are pretty shapeless and don’t look particularly well made), my head being full of dreams of those gorgeous evening dresses you see in pattern books. However on closer inspection this book is a light somewhere at the start of the tunnel. Reading it (though I haven’t made anything yet) has given me great confidence that once I’ve managed to cobble together a few things from the book, some of which may even be wearable (which is more than I can say for my GCSE textiles project of 4 years ago). I will have a good foundation on which to start on the road to those dresses of my dreams.
